Cole Creative Communications (“CCC”) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information requested by which you can be identified when using this Website will only be used in accordance with the Policy.

The only information that we look to harvest is a contact name address and contact email.

Information is only gathered for the sole purpose of contacting the said individual in response to the individual or company representative that has contacted us or filled out a contact form.

The data lists are stored on a secure server and backed up then the disks are wiped periodically.

All our contacts are authorised to a specific contact form, which are reviewed every 6 months.

We periodically send out newsletters on behalf of our clients to the contacts (4/6 months) all of our communications state the privacy rights to unsubscribe, which will delete them from our e-broadcast software and will prevent any form of future contact and thus they will no longer be included on our database.

The important facet of our operation is that we are not looking to gather personal information of any kind.
The policy is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any individual, company or corporate body (“You”) who uses the Website consents to the use of their personal information as described in the Policy. CCC reserves the right to revise the Policy at any time by amending this page. Information we collect when you contact us:

Contact information including email address
Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
How we use the information that we collect CCC may use the information that it collects from you for the following purposes:

Controlling your personal information. CCC agrees not to sell, distribute your personal information to third parties. If you believe that information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, we will immediately correct any information found to be incorrect.
